These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.kingkoil.in and any enquiry, purchase or service you undertake with King Koil India. Please read them carefully. By using this website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
This website is owned and operated by Real Innerspring Technologies Private Limited(“King Koil India”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the authorised licensee of the King Koil brand in India. King Koil is a global mattress brand founded in 1898 in the United States and is present in over 100 countries.
We operate across two business segments:
References to the “Website” mean www.kingkoil.in and all associated pages, tools and content. References to “you” or “User” mean any person who accesses the Website or transacts with us.
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, submitting an enquiry, registering a warranty, or purchasing a product from an authorised King Koil showroom or dealer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our E-Warranty Terms & Conditions, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and do not require any physical or digital signature.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to transact with us. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. We do not knowingly deal with minors; any purchase made by a minor must be undertaken by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for the transaction.
The Website is provided for informational purposes – to showcase our products, technologies, care guidance, SleepID tools and showroom locations. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by any third party.

Note: Any breach of this clause may constitute an offence under applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. We reserve the right to report such breaches to the relevant law-enforcement authorities and to disclose your identity to them.
The Website does not facilitate online sales or e-commerce transactions. No payment gateway, cart or checkout functionality is offered. All retail purchases are concluded offline at an authorised King Koil showroom or dealer, and all hospitality supplies are concluded under separately negotiated commercial contracts.
Any content on the Website (including prices, offers and availability) constitutes an invitation to offer and not a binding offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only upon the issuance of a valid invoice by an authorised showroom or dealer, or upon execution of a hospitality supply contract.
We are not responsible for any transaction you conduct with an unauthorised seller, marketplace listing, reseller or third party claiming to represent King Koil. Please verify authorised dealers via our Where to Buy page.
As no sales are transacted through the Website, all cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests must be raised directly with the authorised showroom or dealer from whom the product was purchased, and are governed by that dealer’s policy read together with the following:
All King Koil mattresses purchased from authorised channels carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the scope and duration of which vary by product and are set out in the warranty documentation supplied with the product and in our E-Warranty Terms & Conditions, which form an integral part of these Terms.
In summary, and without limiting those terms:
No medical claims. King Koil products are consumer sleep products and are not medical devices. No representation is made that any product will cure, treat, prevent or alleviate any medical condition. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner for medical advice.
Where a comfort trial or exchange programme is expressly offered at a participating showroom, it is subject to the specific terms, duration, eligibility criteria and charges published for that programme. Unless expressly stated in writing at the point of sale, no trial period, comfort guarantee or right of return applies to any purchase. Use of a mattress protector during any trial period is mandatory; soiled or damaged products are ineligible.
Supplies to hotels, resorts, hospitals and other institutional customers are governed exclusively by the separately executed supply agreement, purchase order and commercial terms agreed between the parties. In the event of any conflict between such agreement and these Terms, the executed agreement shall prevail in respect of that supply. Consumer-facing provisions (including retail warranty and return terms) do not apply to hospitality or institutional supply.
All content on the Website – including the “King Koil” name, logos, trade marks, service marks, trade dress, product names, SleepID and other proprietary technologies, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio, layouts, page design, software and source code – is the exclusive property of King Koil India, its parent, its licensors or affiliates, and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other right or licence is granted.Any reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, framing, mirroring, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
Unauthorised use of our trade marks, including in domain names, metatags, advertising keywords or social media handles, is expressly prohibited.
If you submit any content to us or the Website – including reviews, ratings, testimonials, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions or enquiry text (“User Content”) – you represent and warrant that the User Content is your own, is accurate, is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing, and does not violate any third-party right.
You grant King Koil India a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such User Content in any media, for any purpose including marketing, without any obligation of compensation, attribution or notice to you.
We reserve the absolute right, without obligation, to screen, edit, refuse, moderate or remove any User Content at our sole discretion. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, dealer pages, social media platforms, analytics providers, payment or finance partners, and mapping services. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, review or assume any responsibility for the content, products, services, security or privacy practices of any third party. Your access to and dealings with any third party are solely at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.
The Website and all content, information, tools and services on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any sleep, comfort or firmness recommendation generated by SleepID or any similar tool is an algorithmic suggestion for guidance only, is not professional or medical advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Individual comfort perception is subjective and we make no guarantee of satisfaction.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, King Koil India, its parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with:
whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Aggregate cap. In any event, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the total aggregate liability of King Koil India in respect of any and all claims arising out of or relating to a product or these Terms shall not exceed the invoice value actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Where no purchase has been made, our aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless King Koil India, its parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligation where such failure or delay arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, strike or labour dispute, government action, change in law, embargo, power or internet failure, cyber-attack, raw-material shortage, or transport or supply-chain disruption. Delivery and service timelines shall stand extended accordingly for the duration of such event.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using the Website, you consent to such processing.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website (in whole or in part), to withdraw or amend any content, and to refuse service to any person, for any reason including a suspected breach of these Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination – including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and Governing Law – shall survive.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing amicable resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitratorappointed by the Company, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, the language shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
Subject to the above, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing herein limits any right you may have to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may revise, amend or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
